H.H. Payson and Company is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. Payson and Company does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping

All plan, book and how-to article orders are shipped within 48 hours. Sail orders may take 4-6 weeks to ship depending on stock and time of the year. (Our sail-maker is very busy in the spring and summer. Please call or write to check availability). Full size pattern orders may take up to one week to ship. All orders are shipped via the USPS. Call or write if other shipping arrangements must be made. Shipping times vary depending on the method of USPS shipment chosen. Please refer to the USPS website, usps.com, to determine shipping times to your location. Additional charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. When calculating the actual ship date do not count Sundays or Federal Holidays. Please include a complete street address for all orders. If ordering Internationally, any taxes, customs or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, H.H. Payson and Co. will offer, for up to 30 days, to exchange the item or issue a refund in the original method of payment. If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping/postage. In the event of a return for refund, the original cost of shipping/postage is not eligible to be refunded. All returned items must be in like-new condition, and each returned item is subject to review prior to issuing a refund. Please Contact Us prior to shipping your item(s) to be returned.
